Nettle

Certain products containing stinging nettle have shown, when applied to the skin, can reduce bleeding during surgery. The product, called Ankaferd blood stopper, is made up of alpinia, licorice, thyme, common grape vine and stinging nettle, and has also shown evidence of reducing bleeding after dental surgery.(7)

Mighty Oak

Oak - Galls are even higher in tannins than the bark. Oak also contains the minerals manganese, calcium, iron, and zinc. The high tannin content is responsible for a wide range of its activity. Tannins bind with protein of the tissues thus making them impermeable to bacterial invasion and infection while at the same time strengthening the tissues. Oak bark is one of the strongest natural astringent herbs available. It provides not only great astringent properties, but anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties as well. Oak bark's astringent properties helps tighten tissues and strengthen blood vessels making it ideal for helping weak and bleeding gums. Celandine

Celandine - has anti-inflammatory properties and can also help protect against damaging bacteria in the mouth. It is another "protein" amino acid found in the proteins of all life forms. It can also help to protect gum tissue and is a powerful antioxidant.(15)

Chamomile

Neem also helps fight free radical damage damage in the skin because it contains carotenoids, which provide high antioxidant compounds. As a result, cold-pressed neem oil and neem extracts are widely used in cosmetics such as soap, hair products, cosmetics, hand creams and pet shampoos.

Since neem is also especially high in important fatty acids and vitamin E and can quickly penetrate outer layers of skin, it is extremely effective in healing dry and damaged skin.

Calendula

(4) Its powerful anti-inflammatory properties make it a potent remedy for all kinds of inflammatory, issues like diaper rash, dermatitis, ear infections, ulcers, sore throats and more. Calendula are sometimes used in mouthhwash to treat gum infections as well.

Chamomile

A 2015 study published in Postepy Dermatol Alergol journal found that clary sage oil may be applied to treat wounds and skin infections because of its antimicrobial properties. The results indicated that clay sage essential oil has strong antistaphylococcal activity against clinical strains isolated from wound infections — the oil was active against strains, including Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis and S. xylosus.(11)

Mighty Yarrow

In more recent times, yarrow has been used in connection with a number of health conditions including menstrual ailments and bleeding hemorrhoids.

Tea Tree Oil
